Corrections

CarrierDataHub displays structured public-data fields. Correction requests help identify display errors, source mapping issues, duplicates, and stale imported values.

Issues you can report

  • Incorrect company name or legal name display
  • Outdated or wrong address
  • Wrong USDOT or MC number
  • Duplicate record (same company appearing more than once)
  • Incorrect entity type classification
  • Missing source name or source date
  • Other public-data display issue on a specific page

What to include in a correction request

A correction request should identify the page URL, the field in question, the current displayed value, and the public source that supports the correction. A link to the official FMCSA record or a copy of the relevant public source field is helpful.

Official record corrections

If the official FMCSA record is incorrect or outdated, the correction must be made through FMCSA directly — CarrierDataHub can only correct how it displays or imports source data. For USDOT registration updates, see FMCSA registration resources.

Limitations

This is a small static site. Corrections are reviewed and applied when records are re-imported from the official source. There is no guaranteed correction timeline. For time-sensitive compliance matters, always verify directly through official FMCSA systems.

Do not include sensitive personal information. This static site uses email for correction requests and does not have an online submission backend.
