Static site with no user accounts

CarrierDataHub is a static website. It does not have user accounts, login forms, registration, or payment processing. It does not collect personal information from visitors through forms on this site.

No backend or server-side data collection

Pages are pre-generated HTML files served statically. There is no server-side application storing visitor data, search queries, or browsing behavior through this site's own infrastructure.

Hosting and third-party services

Like any website, server access logs may be generated by the hosting provider as part of normal web infrastructure operations. The hosting provider's own privacy policy governs how those logs are handled. CarrierDataHub does not control hosting-level logging.

Public company records

Directory records are sourced from the FMCSA Company Census File, a public federal dataset. Company profiles may include business names, USDOT numbers, addresses, and other fields that appear in the public source data. This site displays only fields present in the public record and does not add private contact details, personal identifiers, or information from non-public sources.

If you believe a record contains information that should not appear here, use the corrections page to report it. For records that are incorrect in the official FMCSA source, the correction should be made through the relevant government process first.

Email contact

If you contact CarrierDataHub by email (corrections or general inquiries), your email address and message contents are used to respond to your inquiry. Email is not shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.
